StockVault + MailVault Bridge Suite

StockVault + MailVault Bridge Suite turns your Warband storage, mailbox snapshots, and mailing workflow into one connected goldmaking toolkit.

This package combines:

• StockVault — account-wide inventory, bank, warband bank, guild bank, and item location tracking.

• MailVault — mailbox snapshots, pre-composed mail drafts, queue review, and character-based mail workflow tools.

• StockVault ↔ MailVault Bridge Monitor — a lightweight diagnostic addon that checks whether the bridge is active, healthy, and ready.

The goal is simple: help you see where your items are, plan what needs to move, and prepare MailVault drafts from StockVault inventory data without manually searching every character.

Main Features

Account-Wide Inventory Visibility

StockVault tracks stored items across your characters and storage locations, including:

• Bags

• Bank

• Bank reagent view

• Warband bank

• Guild bank

• External MailVault mailbox snapshots

The bridge allows StockVault to include MailVault mailbox data as a read-only external source called MailVault Mail.

Graphical Dispatch Planner

StockVault includes a standalone Dispatch Planner frame designed for practical goldmaking workflows.

You can:

• Open the Dispatch Planner next to the main StockVault window.

• Select a target character from a dropdown.

• Enable item picking mode.

• Left-click items in the bag or bank grid to add them to the dispatch plan.

• Adjust quantities before creating MailVault drafts.

• Review available, planned, and missing amounts.

• Build MailVault drafts from the prepared dispatch plan.

StockVault plans the dispatch. MailVault handles the drafts.

All Characters View

The StockVault standalone window includes an All Characters checkbox near the category controls.

When enabled, StockVault can show item data across known Warband/account characters, making it easier to plan item movement without switching characters repeatedly.

MailVault Draft Integration

Once a dispatch plan is prepared, StockVault can pass it to MailVault through the bridge API.

MailVault then creates draft groups using its own draft system.

Important safety note:

StockVault does not send mail directly.

MailVault remains responsible for:

• Draft ownership

• Queue review

• Current-character eligibility

• Mailbox checks

• Sending workflow execution

This keeps the bridge predictable, safer, and easier to troubleshoot.

Character-Hop Workflow Support

The suite is designed around a practical multi-character workflow:

1. Scan storage with StockVault.

2. Scan mailbox data with MailVault.

3. Build a dispatch plan in StockVault.

4. Create MailVault drafts.

5. Log into the correct sender character.

6. Open the mailbox.

7. Let MailVault handle eligible drafts for that character.

8. Repeat on other characters as needed.

This is especially useful for crafters, bank alts, auction house alts, and goldmakers managing large inventories.

Bridge Monitor

The included Bridge Monitor addon provides a simple status panel for the StockVault ↔ MailVault connection.

It can show:

• Active, no errors detected

• Active, but with errors

• No active bridge detected

It also includes an error log popup for troubleshooting missing APIs, inactive providers, failed health checks, or bridge configuration issues.

Slash commands include:

• /svmb

• /vaultbridge

• /bridgecheck

Example Workflow

A typical goldmaking workflow may look like this:

1. Scan your bags, bank, warband bank, and guild bank with StockVault.

2. Scan mailbox snapshots with MailVault.

3. Open StockVault and enable All Characters.

4. Open the Dispatch Planner.

5. Select a target character, such as your Alchemist or Auction House alt.

6. Enable pick mode.

7. Left-click materials or finished goods in the grid.

8. Resolve the dispatch plan.

9. Create MailVault drafts.

10. Log through the required sender characters and process eligible drafts through MailVault.

Safety and Design Notes

This suite is designed with strict separation between planning and mail execution.

• StockVault provides inventory visibility and dispatch planning.

• MailVault owns draft creation, queue review, and mail execution.

• The bridge is API-based and avoids direct cross-addon SavedVariables mutation.

• MailVault mailbox data is exposed to StockVault as a read-only provider.

• The monitor addon only performs diagnostics and does not send mail or mutate StockVault/MailVault data.

For the full workflow, all three addons should be installed and enabled.

Recommended First Test

After installation:

1. Enable all three addons.

2. Log into a character.

3. Run /svmb check.

4. Open StockVault.

5. Open the Help tab for the bridge guide.

6. Open the Dispatch Planner.

7. Enable All Characters.

8. Test item picking from the bag or bank grid.

9. Build MailVault drafts only after reviewing the dispatch plan.

Notes

This addon suite helps automate planning, drafting, and queue preparation, but it does not perform unattended gameplay. Mail-related actions remain controlled through MailVault and require the normal in-game mailbox workflow.
